Laracon EU got lots of people fired up about sharing knowledge and there are a couple big CFPs open right now. My solution for sharing api keys and other sensitive data with my team might just make for an interesting conference talk.

I think Laravel's .env encryption is fantastic, but it's missing an important feature.

There are parts of my code that always feel fragile no matter how thoroughly I've tested them. The business operation the app supports is so complex with so many moving parts that I never really feel like I have it nailed down.
